HP Hood Dairy Case Study

This study is a lab study testing the efficacy of Vital Vio’s antimicrobial technology against microbial species of relevance in the food processing vertical.  This includes spoilage organisms, pathogens, and beneficial dairy bacteria.  This study also examines the impact of the technology against finished dairy products and equipment used in processing.
