Kristin is responsible for accelerating revenue growth and achieving customer delight through operational excellence at the company. She is focused on developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive operations, sales, marketing and distribution strategies for the company’s business lines. Kristin comes to the position with extensive leadership experience in health-related technology commercialization, sales, and delivery. Most recently she led Schenectady, New York-based Ellis Medicine’s strategy for excellence in patient experience, safety, clinical and operational quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance. Prior to her time with Ellis, Kristin held various management positions with Carestream Health, General Electric Company, and as a partner to Philips Healthcare, where she was responsible for defining and implementing domestic and global growth strategies, increasing market share as well as the overall profitability of various business lines. Kristin is a leader with the passion and unique ability to cultivate, engage and influence interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders, motivate teams and adapt infrastructure to achieve results and drive desired outcomes. Kristin began her career in the General Electric Corporate; Executive Commercial Leadership Program. She has a BSBA from Boston University School of Management and is Lean and Sigma, Black Belt Certified. In her spare time, she is found enjoying her three young children and dreaming of the day when she can read a full chapter of a book without interruption.
